Broadcast Messages

The Broadcast Messages is a high-performance communication system delivered via Web notification and App push notification. 

This powerful marketing tool allows the community administrators to create, manage and send customized messages addressing specific clusters of users or addressing all subscribers at once.

The tool is managed via three tabs

• Broadcast Templates
• Scheduled Messages
• Sent Messages

from which it is possible to create and send Broadcast Messages or save them as a template for a later scheduled sending. The history of sent messages is also available, which is useful for reusing existing messages.
