Divided into sections, it provides all info (last 30 days are shown by default), about Community users.
- Active Users: it provides an immediate view of users active on the Community over the last 90 (ninety) days. The figure is significant as it concerns the counting of users on which the monthly service fee is based. It also provides an immediate view of registered users since the start of the community activity.
In the first three months of operation of the Community these two data (active and registered users) will be equivalent.
If you want to change the reference time range, simply change the data range, the preset values are 30, 90 and 120 days, you can still select a custom date range.
The displayed data can be printed or added to the Dashboard. - Users Activities: after selecting data range and data granularity, it provides information about: Users Registrations, Unique Accesses, Posts, Comments, Up-votes (appreciations), Connections, Posts shared on other social networks and Private Messages. Once the desired info are displayed, it is possible to export them in a CSV or PDF file, print them, add them to the Dashboard and hide/show the data columns. A customizable graph is provided where all the elements constituting the info can be shown or hidden and, the graph can be printed or added to the dashboard as well.
- Per User: it provides information about a single user or users lists (cluster). A single user can be retrieved by username and the following information are displayed: Registration Date, Last Login date, (dd/mm/yy), Status (Verified, To-Be Verified, Blocked, Deleted), Social Accounts, Posts, Comments, Up-votes (appreciations) and Interests.
The Users list default view shows all Community users, sorted by registration date, with up to 200 records. The list can be sorted by any of the above mentioned information and the number of records can also be selected (100, 200 or 500). Once the desired info are displayed, it is possible to export them in a CSV or PDF file, print them, hide/show columns, apply username filters or send an email (previously created through the Email Template function) to the users list displayed. - Best Users: a useful function that allows to know, contact and eventually reward the Community best users. A data range can be selected, and also an interest or category can be applied as a filter. Best users can be: the ones most appreciated by other community members, or the users with: more posts or comments, more connections with other community members, more posts shared on other social networks, or with more posts viewed. Once the desired info are displayed, it is possible to export them in a CSV or PDF file, print them, hide/show columns, add them to the Dashboard, apply username filters or send an email (previously created through the Email Templates function) to the users list displayed.
- Users Retention: a useful function that easily allows to know and contact users that abandoned the Community. Select a Date (Starting Date) to create a list of all those users that have not returned to the Community since the specified date. Once created, the list can be sorted by user registration date, last login or days missing. Once the desired info are displayed, it is possible to export them in a CSV or PDF file, print them, hide/show columns, add them to the Dashboard, apply username filters or send an email ( previously created through the Email Templates function) to the users list displayed.
- Users Engagement: a useful function that easily allows to know how users are engaged in the Community and eventually to contact them. Create a users list by selecting a data range, specifying the number of visits to the community during the period previously selected. The list can be sorted by registration date, last login or number of visits. Once the desired info are displayed, it is possible to export them in a CSV or PDF file, print them, hide/show columns, add them to the Dashboard, apply username filters or send an email (previously created through the Email Templates function) to the users list displayed.
- Contributors: a useful function that easily allows to know and contact users list for a specified data range, such as: users with more contributions, new Community users that contribute the most, or not contributing users (lurkers). Users lists that can be retrieved are: Contributors (users that wrote posts or comments in the data range specified), New contributors (users that wrote posts or comments and with a registration date included in the data range specified)and Not Contributors (users that registered in the data range specified but did not write posts or comments). Once the desired info are displayed, it is possible to export them in a CSV or PDF file, print them, hide/show columns, add them to the Dashboard , apply username filters or send an email (previously created through the Email Templates function) to the users list displayed.
- Loyalty: a useful function that allows to know and contact Community users with a certain score in the loyalty program. Select the points range to be applied and create a list of all users with loyalty points included in the previously specified range. The number of records in the list can also be selected (100, 200 or 500). The users list will contain: username, email, registration date, last login, points collected. Once the desired info are displayed, it is possible to export them in a CSV or PDF file, print them, hide/show columns, add them to the Dashboard, apply username filters or send an email (previously created through the Email Templates function) to the users list displayed.
