Intro

This guide explains what the main functions of the community are and how to use them. Before reading it, some useful notes on how the system conceptually works. 

Unlike other social networks, based on interaction with other users (people we know or admire), in our system all interactions are based on interests/categories  that we share with other users. Therefore, the contents that will be shown to us will be mainly linked to the interests we have decided to follow and the people with whom we will interact will be those who share certain interests with us. We will obviously be free to explore and use the system without any filter linked to the interests we follow, but always remembering that the main concept that links content and users in their life on the system are the shared interests.

Once this fundamental operating principle is understood, the use of the system is very similar to  other most common and used social networks. You can produce and share contents, you can comment or follow other people's contents, you can search for interests, contents or people, you can view all the contents related to a certain interest, you can view the profiles of other users or enrich your profile, you can report inappropriate contents. And of course, you can connect with other users, of whom we will always see the contents they publish and with whom we will be able to exchange private messages. 

Furthermore, the system "listens" to our activities and is able to recommend new interests to follow, new contents to view or comment on and new people to connect with. The whole system is designed to reward the quality of contents and highlight users able to create the best contents, thanks to a scoring system assigned to each user and which is linked to the appreciation  received for any content published. 

Finally, staying up to date on the community's activities is very simple, thanks to notifications on the App (which we suggest to download), on the web and by email.
