Each user can report to the staff any content considered to be noncomplying with the community rules, such as spam, aggressive or vulgar contents and off-topic ones in relation to the interest associated with the post. This feature allows to manage user's flags reporting.
Search bar: it allows to conduct searches on flagged contents based on specific parameters.
Post id: it is the identification number of the post and can be retrieved from the post URL on the community.
Contents: By entering consecutive words, or a single word, it will be possible to make a content search (posts and comments) that contain those words.
Author: by entering the author's username it will be possible to view all the flagged contents received by the author.
Reporting status - It shows any flag reporting still open (not taken in charge), all flags reporting, hidden or deleted contents as a result of the reporting. Flags Reporting can be:
- Opened
- All
- Ignored
- Deleted Content
- Hidden content
Flagged by: by entering the username of the author of the flag, it will be possible to view all the contents flagged by the author.
Sort by: it sorts search results by reporting date and moderation date.

CSV: it allows to download the results in a .csv format file
Flags List: search results show users' flags and highlight the following information:
AUTHOR/CONTENT
Author - In relation to the author of the flagged content, it shows the flag period, the avatar and score, the status (approved, blocked, deleted) the total number and typology of the flags received by the author.
Content - In relation to the flagged content it shows the content typology (post/comment), the link to the content, when the content was entered, the total number and the typology of flags.
FLAGGED BY: in relation to the author of the flag, it shows the avatar, the typology and period of the flag.
Possible actions: moderating actions can be performed on flagged contents, on the author of the flagged content and on the author of the flag. All the actions described, except for users deletion, are entirely reversible.
Possible actions on the author of the content:
Users moderation: it opens the users moderation panel, where it is possible to perform the following moderating actions:
- Change status to (approved, blocked, deleted).
- Points to add or subtract to the user score. In such case, it will be necessary to add an explanatory comment about the action performed. The comment will be shown in the Admin Panel/Scoring system/Edit manually section of the Platform.
Possible actions on the author of the flag:
Users moderation - It opens the users moderation panel, where it is possible to perform the following moderating actions:
- Change status to (approved, blocked, deleted, deleted gdpr).
- Points to add or subtract to the user score. In such case, it will be necessary to add an explanatory comment about the action performed. The comment will be shown in the Admin Panel/Scoring system/Edit manually section of the Platform.
- Notice - In case of recurrent mistaken flags or flag abuse carried out on a personal basis, a standard private message can be sent (a no-reply one), kindly asking to suspend the activity as per subject.
Possible actions on the flagged content (Posts and Comments):
Post
- Ignore reporting: the reporting is not considered.
- Notice with motivation: the author of the content gets a notice message kindly asking to suspend the activity as per subject.
- Hide with motivation: the content under moderation is hidden.
- Delete with motivation: the content is deleted and the author of the content under moderation gets notice message kindly asking to suspend the activity underway.
- Post visibility: it opens the posts visibility panel.
Comments
- Ignore reporting: the reporting is not considered.
- Notice with motivation: the author of the flagged content gets a notice message kindly asking to suspend the activity as per subject.
- Hide with motivation: the content is hidden and the author of the content under moderation gets a notice message kindly asking to suspend the activity as per subject.
- Delete with motivation: the content is deleted and the author of the content under moderation gets a notice message kindly asking to suspend the activity as per subject.
