Posts visibility

It allows to manage the level of visibility of the posts on the community, in order to prioritize the best contents and declassify contents that are of poor quality, polemic, vulgar, aggressive or controversial.

Search Bar: it allows to perform searches on posts based on specific parameters. 

Post id: it is the identification number of the post and can be retrieved from the post URL on the community.

Interest: it is possible to filter the posts based on the interest they have been assigned.

• Search: by entering the keywords relating to the title, text or user (username) of the post, it is possible to filter those posts that contain such keywords both in the title or text of the post and in the username of the author of the post. 
• Creation date (from): it filters posts based on creation date, from (date). 
• Creation date (to): it filters posts based on creation date, to (date).
• Sort by: based on the date of creation, it displays the number of appreciations or comments:
  • Creation date (descending)
  • Appreciations count (descending)
  • Post comments count (descending)
• Filter: search now
• CSV Not Mod: it allows to download non-moderated posts in a .csv format file
• CSV All: it allows to download all the posts in a .csv format file

Posts List: the search results display the posts highlighting the following information: 

AUTHOR/CONTENT: it shows the author of the post, the publication period, the avatar and score, status, the total number of appreciations, comments and views.

FLAGGED BY: in relation to the author of the flag, it shows the avatar, the typology and period of the flag.

Possible actions: it is possible to perform moderating actions on posts, on their author and on the possible author of the flag. All the actions described, except for users deletion, are entirely reversible.

Possible actions on the author of the post

• Users Moderation: it opens the users moderation panel, where it is possible to perform the following moderating actions:
• Change status to:  (approved, blocked, deleted).
• Points to add or subtract to the user score: in such case, it will be necessary to add an explanatory comment about the action performed. The comment will be shown in the Admin Panel/Scoring system/Edit manually section of the Platform. 

Possible actions on the author of the flag 

• Users Moderation: it opens the users moderation panel, where it is possible to perform the following moderating actions:
• Change status to: (approved, blocked, deleted).
• Points to add or subtract to the user score: in such case, it will be necessary to add an explanatory comment about the action performed. The comment will be shown in the Admin Panel/Scoring system/Edit manually section of the Platform.
• Notice: in case of recurrent mistaken flags or flag abuse carried out on a personal basis, a standard private message can be sent (a no-reply one), kindly asking to suspend the activity as per subject.

Possible actions on the content: 

• Notice with motivation: the author of the flagged content gets a notice message kindly asking to suspend the activity as per subject. 
• Hide with motivation: the content is hidden and the author of the content under moderation gets a notice message kindly asking to suspend the activity as per subject. 
• Delete with motivation: the content is deleted and the author of the content under moderation gets a notice message kindly asking to suspend the activity as per subject. 
• Ignore reporting: the reporting is not considered.
• Flags reporting: it opens the flags reporting panel.
• Set visibility manually: it allows moderators to set the visibility of the post. The options are high and low visibility or reset which restores the visibility values assigned by the algorithm.
