Tags are used to create users’ groups in specific clusters.
The Community administrator can arrange the users into groups by creating and assigning them the tags during the import/invite users process (see Invite Users section) or after their registration.
It is possible to assign multiple tags to the same user. For each tag, the Community administrator can decide whether to make it visible in the user's profile.
For each user’s tag, the community administrator can assign the addressing post feature by specifying the targeted audience tags.
Therefore, a post to which a specific audience has been assigned by selecting one or more tags will only be displayed in the feed of users included in the addressing tags.
Furthermore, users’ tags allow the social community staff to send targeted Broadcast Messages (see Broadcast Messages section) and Emails (see Email Templates section)
